1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of textile products and customized manufacturing, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged during transit
• You received a wrong item or incorrect order

We do not accept returns for:

• Used, washed, cut, or altered materials
• Custom-made, bulk orders, or specially tailored products (unless defective)
• Items returned without proper reason or beyond the eligible timeframe

Products must remain in unused and original condition with packaging and tags intact.

2. How to Request a Refund or Return

If your order meets the return eligibility criteria, please contact us within 3–5 days of receiving the order.

3. Refund Processing

After reviewing your request, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–7 business days (subject to payment gateway timelines)
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

4. Exchanges

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost (subject to availability) for eligible issues such as incorrect or damaged items.

In cases where replacement stock is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

Replacement processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Shipping Costs

• RR TEX will cover return shipping costs if the issue is our fault (damaged, defective, wrong item).
• Customer bears shipping charges for voluntary returns or issues not caused by us.

6. Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be labeled as Final Sale or Non-Returnable, including:

• Custom designs or special orders
• Discounted or clearance products
• Bulk supply orders

These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

7. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time after dispatch is 5–7 business days, depending on courier availability and location. Delays caused by logistics providers or external conditions are not under our control.
